We value your privacy. If you choose to leave us, fill out this official form to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
What happens when you delete?
Deletions are permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, you will lose access to all the following data:
Your Profile & Account
Your registered name, phone, email, and saved physical delivery/service addresses will be scrubbed.
Booking & Service History
All your previous bookings, invoices, and service professional details will be permanently dissociated.
Associated Platform Data
Any saved vehicle specifications, customer support history, and personal preferences will be wiped.
Processing Timeline
Our operations team verifies all account deletion requests against active bookings and outstanding balances. If approved, your account and associated datasets will be completely purged or anonymized within 30 business days.
